Automatic entry of slats option
The system of automatic entry of the slats enables quick entry of the slats into the furnace, without unnecessary movement of the operator to push them - from the level of the transport trolley, it saves time and heat energy.
The system precisely and automatically brakes the slats at the required point, without causing the risk of falling parts, when colliding with the door or the rear wall of the furnace. The operator usually introduces each slat in turn, this system is able to pull all slats at once, but each of them has its own independent drive. The system provides increased work comfort and time optimisation, increasing the effective working time.

Automatic door opening  option
The automatic door opening system enables quick, non-invasive opening of the door, without unnecessary movement of the operator via one button - from the level of the transport trolley, saves time and heat energy. It provides increased work comfort and time optimisation, increasing effective working time.

Automatic programmable hood option
The hood has its own control, and it is possible to mount it also to foreign structures, based on the programmed parameters, the hood starts automatically after opening the door or other programmed event. Thanks to a powerful fan, it discharges gaseous products after the polymerization process.

The large color touch panel looks aesthetically pleasing and is convenient and intuitive to use. You can set all important parameters on it.

Memory of 20 programs of 10 events
It is possible to save up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 subsequent time-temperature events forming a heating curve.
This is especially needed for more demanding processes.

Information on electricity consumption 
Consumption is calculated based on the oven's own settings from the touch panel. This function will allow you to estimate the costs of a given cycle, plan consumption and check staff.

Each of the kilns is equipped with a recorder recording all firing parameters, including two temperature channels - as in an airplane black box, on a USB flash drive .

The system also enables the analysis of monthly/daily summaries, including media consumption and efficiency. Every start of heating, opening of the door, is to be recreated, several years back.

What is the ThPID system?

The ThPID system was created to eliminate the effect of inertia called hysteresis.
The standard solution is based on a system that heats with constant power on/off.
is a system in which, by means of voltage regulation, after reaching the set temperature, the heating power is selected that is currently needed - minimizing the effect of temperature fluctuations.

The ThPID system additionally allows you to cut the heating power of the furnace to a preset percentage value, eg in the absence of power at a given moment.

What is a VFD system?

The VFD system was created to reduce the effect of paint migration after the oven
The standard solution is based on a system in which the fan always rotates at the same speed.

VFD is a system in which the fan speed is regulated by adjusting the frequency of the voltage waveform while maintaining the torque of the drive motor.

Depending on the stage of paint burning, the revolutions are adjusted to the set ones - minimizing the effect of paint migration after the furnace, and accelerating the heating of details in the dryer.
